By using our web site, listening to the show, calling in to the show, or sending notes to the show you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. All text and audio submitted to the show become the sole property of Android Technologies, Inc.  Text and audio submitted to the show will be recorded and made available to the public at large via Internet streaming and download methods, and other methods may be used in the future. If you submit an online picture to the show and you are the copyright owner of the picture, you agree to grant Android Technologies a non-exclusive royalty free right to reproduce the picture on it’s show notes and other web pages or downloads. It is your responsibility to protect your online identity and your privacy, please do not reveal any personal details when submitting information to the show, audio, text, or otherwise!

2. This show is strictly for entertainment purposes only.  All advice, tips, and information presented on the show regarding your cats health are no substitute for consulting with a professional veterinarian.  Remember it’s your cat and it is dependent on you for love and protection. You and only you are responsible for its health and well being.  This applies to any other advice or tips given on the show.  There is never a substitute for consuting a valid certified professional and it is your sole responsibility to do so.  Android Technologies, Inc. will not be held liable for anything that happens as a result of you listening to the show.  We also do not offer any warranty, implied or otherwise.

3. This show is a live show and Android Technologies cannot be responsible for the content of text and audio submitted to the show, including links to any sites external to the RadioMeow web site. Use at your own risk!

4. Android Technologies, Inc. reserves and will execute its full right to delete, edit, filter or modify any content submitted to the show. Hateful or obscene content is not permitted and it is our sole discretion to determine what content is or is not published!
